1) Edmonton Craft Beer Festival | Oct. 22–23

2) Supervillain Revue | Oct. 24
Evolution Wonderlounge’s Sunday Revue, Edmonton’s longest-running drag show, is getting an EVIL twist! See a lineup of villainously-talented drag artists bringing their a-game to the stage.

3) Bears | Until Oct. 31
Citadel Theatre’s latest production follows a pipeline worker’s perilous journey through the Rockies after fleeing a workplace accident. Who—or what—will he become on his quest? This interdisciplinary show includes storytelling, dance, and projected landscapes to tell its tale.

Art Exhibits

1) Les Graff (RCA) | Starts Oct. 23
An Alberta resident his entire life, 86-year-old artist Les Graff (RCA) presents his latest collection of paintings inspired by the vast, seemingly endless prairie. Find his work at the Bugera Matheson Gallery.

2) Butler Memorial Park Pop-Up Art Installation | Oct. 23–24
Find one of six landline-styled phones hidden around Butler Memorial Park and enjoy conversations with other parkgoers! You never know who might be on the other end of the line…

3) The Art of Uli | Until Nov. 6
Uli Rossier’s cheerful, colourful art has been a beloved sight in Edmonton for years. As The Nina’s 2021 Artist of the Year, her work is now on display at The Nina Haggerty Centre’s Stollery Gallery for a special exhibition.

4) Canvas Canada: Exhibit “i” | Until Oct. 31
Celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Alberta Council for the Ukrainian Arts with this online auction, featuring artworks of different media from Ukrainian-Canadian artisans across Canada. Each piece is themed around the letter “i”, and the identity of the artist is only to be revealed upon purchase.
