Food Bank Fridays at Snow Valley’s Target Golf | every Friday

Bring a non-perishable food item to Snow Valley’s Target Golf and get a bucket of balls for only $10! This exciting new attraction is perfect for all ages and gives you the opportunity to take aim at fun targets and markers that are scattered up the hill. Snow Valley will be donating $1 to the Edmonton Food Bank for every Food Bank Bucket sold.

Callingwood Pop-Up Night Market | July 14

One of Edmonton’s best farmers’ markets is back with their Pop-Up Night Market! Complete with live music, delicious food, and over 70 fantastic vendors, this event is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend. Plus, kids can enjoy inflatables, face painting, balloon animals, and roving characters! Don’t miss out.

Edmonton International Street Performers Festival & The Works Art & Design Festival | July 7–16

These two festivals are teaming up for another year packed with stunning art and energetic performances, right in the heart of Edmonton! This weekend is your last chance to catch the action in Churchill Square, complete with amazing performances by street performers from around the globe. Plus, make sure to check out all the art installations that are part of The Works Festival which will include interactive instruments, unique workshops, and much more!

Thousand Faces Festival: Myth Country Fair | July 14–16

Ukrainian Village Music Fest | July 16

Celebrate the sounds of the Ukraine with this festival! Hosted by the Friends of the Ukrainian Village Society, this event will feature exciting performances from a variety of Ukrainian artists. So grab your lawn chair and head down to the Ukrainian Village, you won’t want to miss this toe-tapping event.

2023 Animethon | July 14–16

Back for another year, Edmonton’s convention dedicated to all things anime is taking over the Edmonton Convention Centre this weekend. There’s no shortage of fun to enjoy–explore the exhibition hall, snap pictures with the cosplayers, or enjoy performances from special guests!

Disney’s Aladdin | July 11–16

All the magic of Agrabah is filling the stage of Edmonton’s Jubilee Auditorium this weekend. Get a front row seat to show-stopping performances from this classic retelling of one of Disney’s most famous films. Featuring stunning special effects, sparkling costumes, and hilarious performances, this Broadway production invites you to experience Disney’s Aladdin unlike ever before.

Austentatious | July 12–22

Fans of Pride and Prejudice rejoice–this hilarious musical invites audiences to experience Jane Austen in a new and hilarious light. Join C.R.A.P (Central Rivercity Amateur Players) as they attempt to stage an adaptation of this famous story.

Everybody Goes to Mitzi’s | July 14–30

Take a trip to the 1960s supper clubs of Edmonton with Teatro Live! This musical comedy follows Mitzi Dupar, a much adored singer and restaurant proprietor, as she is forced to make some new additions to her beloved club. Complete with glitzy costumes and catchy musical numbers, this new show is the perfect piece of entertainment to enjoy this weekend.
