
You may have switched to autumn attire, but there’s no reason your cocktails should too! Impress your guests with these recipes from St-Rémy, the world’s leading brandy.
1. Lion Lemonade
1/5 oz St Remy Signature
Top sparkling lemonade
Method: Add brandy to glass and top with sparkling lemonade. Garnish with dried and/or fresh lemon slices.
2. Rose Sangria
250 ml St Remy VSOP
500 ml Watermelon Juice
750 ml bottle Rose wine
100 ml Lime Juice
80 ml Honey
Method: Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir well. Garnish with raspberries, mint, and frozen watermelon slices.
3. St-Rémy Fizzy Sangria
1 oz St-Rémy VSOP
0.5 oz Cointreau
3 oz Sparkling Lambrusco
0.5 oz Orange juice
0.25 oz Lemon juice
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Method: Shake all ingredients and strain into wine glass (or Collins for a more modern look) with ice, lemon wheel, and orange half moon
4. Red Sangria
250 ml St Remy VSOP
200 ml orange/pineapple Juice
750 ml bottle Red wine (light red)
Method: Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir well. Garnish with orange slices, mint, and strawberries.
5. XO Iced Coffee
1.5 oz St Remy Xo
1 oz espresso
5 oz oat milk
1 oz vanilla simple syrup
OR
1.5 oz st remy XO
5 oz Cold brew
¾ oz hazelnut syrup
Method: Pour all the ingredients in an ice-filled cold brew glass. Stir and serve.
