Like many Taste of Edmonton participants, Fantasia has been serving the Edmonton community for many years.
Starting out as a small gelato cart in 1996, the Fantasia team wanted to bring the delicious and refreshing dessert to Edmonton. After a couple years of serving gelato made by other makers, they decided to embark on the exciting journey of learning to manufacture their own gelato. So, they set off for Italy to learn from the masters and ensure they were honouring their Italian roots. The Fantasia team returned in 1999 with their unique gelato manufacturing process, expanded to a retail line in 2001, and set up shop in Enterprise Square in 2008. Now, find them serving and catering an expansive menu that is sure to provide the perfect dish no matter the occasion.
There’s no way you can miss trying their authentic Gelato at Taste of Edmonton! Find Fantasia serving a variety of flavours at booth 28.
You can also sample one of their dishes and some of their sweet treats at booth 27. Here you will find their Bison Cannelloni, which sells out every year! Fantasia will also be offering a Nutella Bomb or Bomboloni Caramelle, otherwise known as an Italian doughnut filled with caramel.
