Designed to help men who are clueless about what to get for the women in their life, this evening will make shopping less of a chore. Women can visit participating stores in advance and create a Wish List for their partners to follow — plus some stores, such as Carbon Environmental Boutique, will be serving up pizza, beer, and fun activities! It’s a great opportunity to discover the cool products these stores offer for men as well.

124 St. Cash Mob | December 12 | 11 am – 4 pm
This cash mob is bigger than ever — they’ll be mobbing the dozens of fantastic local businesses in the 124 Street & High Street area! The City of Edmonton will be offering free Park and Ride with free parking and a shuttle bus to take you up and down the area. 4th Street Promenade Customer Appreciation | December 17 | 8 am – 8 pm
As a way to say thank you to their customers, restaurants and shops will be offering special discounts on food and services. Enjoy roving choirs, warming fires, and several other surprises throughout the day (rumour has it that Santa himself will make an appearance around 5 pm!). Visitors are encouraged to bring their unneeded winterwear that the Edmonton Emergency Relief Services Society will collect for people in need.
