P.F. Chang’s Canadian operations have expanded to our city, and Edmontonians are thrilled! Read more about this iconic restaurant and everything their new Windermere location has to offer.

Started in 1993 by Arizona restauranteur Paul Fleming and LA-based chef Philip Chiang, P.F. Chang’s is legendary. With over 300 locations globally, their signature Asian fare has continuously ignited the tastebuds of restaurant-goers around the world. And, with expansions planned in India, Kazakhstan, and Canada, they show no signs of slowing down! Here’s 3 dishes you need to try when you visit their new Edmonton location:

1. Chang’s Lettuce Wraps

Ask anyone, this dish put P.F. Chang’s on the map. You won’t be getting any more insight though, this recipe is a long-held family secret. One bite and you’ll understand the secrecy—this filling is too delicious to share!

  3. P.F. Chang’s forgoes complexity in favour of simple, delicious flavours and their signature Mongolian Beef is no exception. This dish perfectly embodies Chiang’s mission to create dishes with only 3 major ingredients. Sweet soy glaze, fragrant green onion, and tender beef that is marinated for at least six hours, it’s hard to imagine a better option for a main course meal.
  4. 3. The Great Wall of Chocolate

This dessert is a huge crowd pleaser! Feast on 6 layers of moist and decadent chocolate cake, topped with chocolate icing and chocolate chips. P.F. Chang’s Edmonton location sources most of their products from local suppliers, so this rich chocolate cake is baked right in our own backyard.

This restaurant is a fantastic new addition to the Currents of Windermere community! With a spacious interior filled with murals and terracotta warriors (plus a covered patio!) the ambiance of P.F. Chang’s is top-notch. Head to P.F. Chang’s with friends or family and share a meal that promises attentive service, fantastic vibes, and flavours that are out of this world.
