Foot-GolfFootGolf has kicked off at Rundle Park Golf Course in Edmonton for people looking for a new athletic challenge. Instead of golf balls and clubs, players use soccer balls and their feet, aiming and kicking the ball as they play through the course. Most of the rules for golf apply to this game, except for the obvious change in techniques used to make the perfect kick.

This innovative sport is played all over the world, but Rundle Park Golf Course is only the second one in Alberta to offer it. It’s an exciting game to try out with your family or friends, as most will have a fantastic time learning this challenging sport and improving on techniques together!

Tee times can be booked 4 days in advance and are available from 5 pm – 8 pm on Fridays. To learn more about how to play this compound sport, visit the city’s website.
