Much Ado About Nothing Tea & Treats
Gather in the parlour of the historic Rutherford House for tea and desserts before enjoying a performance of Shakespeare’s comedy Much Ado About Nothing. This classic tale chronicles the fate two pairs of lovers, Benedick and Beatrice, who can’t stand each other, and Claudio and Hero, who happily in  love. Considered one of Shakespeare’s greatest comedies, Much Ado is a tale of masquerades, courtship, betrayal, and comic ineptness. $20 Adult; $15 Student (with ID).

Mother’s Day at the Zoo
Moms that visit the Valley Zoo with their little ones will be treated to a mobile spa experience, and can help plant a Teddy Bear Sunflower to take home. There will be plenty of children’s activities throughout the day, and if you’ve forgotten a gift you can pick something up in the Zoo-tique shop. Even our friends in the animal kingdom have mother’s to celebrate — animal moms will be given enrichment treats to celebrate the day. Adult $13.25, Youth/Senior $11, Child (2-12) $8, Family $42.50.

Social Sunday “Oh My Mama!”
This weekly event at Rutherford House features a special Mother’s Day-themed craft just for the occasion! Learn some of the skills involved in a traditional craft and take part in a family-fun activity. $4 Adult; $3 Senior (65+); $3 Youth (7-17); Children 6 and under are free.

Rejuvenate: Mother’s Day at the Muttart
