Get up close and personal with nature and let it stun you! The Royal Alberta Museum is hosting the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, which features 97 award-winning nature shots from across the globe. Each of the photos is illuminated on the wall and accompanied by a story of how it was captured, so you can truly appreciate each photographer’s skill.
Started by the Natural History Museum and BBC Worldwide over 50 years ago, the competition is like the Oscars of wildlife photographers. This year alone, the competition received over 42,000 entries from 96 countries! The exhibit reveals only the best in nature photography as it champions the diversity of life on Earth.
