
Royal Alberta Museum
The newly constructed and much anticipated Royal Alberta Museum is the largest museum in Western Canada, with more than 82,000 square feet of exhibition space. Check out preserved fossils and meteorites in the Natural History Hall, learn about Alberta’s diverse past and present in the Human History Hall, and don’t miss the discoveries to be had in the Bug and Children’s galleries. The Feature Gallery will include the largest touring exhibition of Viking artifacts in the world with Vikings: Beyond the Legend starting April 18. $19 Adult; $14 Senior; $10 Youth; $48 Family; free for children 6 and under. Sep–May 17: Daily 10 am–5 pm; Thu 10 am–8 pm. May 18–Sep: Daily 10 am–6 pm; Thu–Fri 10 am– 8 pm. Closed the last Monday of every month & Dec 24–25.
