The popular Vintage Fork restaurant found within Rutherford House on the grounds of the University of Alberta was well-known for its weekend high-tea service. When restaurants were shut down due to COVID-19 and Vintage Fork was left with a sizeable inventory of tea, Vintage Fork Loose Leaf Tea was born.
