Edmonton Public Schools Archives & Museum

Located in historic McKay Avenue School, a carefully restored 1905 brick building, this Provincial Historic Resource was the site of the first session of the Alberta Legislature (1906). Displays feature the restored legislative Chamber of 1906. Alberta's first public school, built in 1881, is also on the grounds.
